This inspired me to study yoga further, and complete the 500 hours yoga teacher training program at the Himalayan Institute in USA. For the past ten years, I've been leading weekly hatha yoga and meditation classes. I've received a lot, met nice teachers, and love to keep practicing, studying, experiencing and ... share this all !
