Hatha Yoga

Hatha yoga offers strategies for improving the relationship we have with our body, breath and mind. It focuses on the body postures and works through them at different levels:

  • body : it fortifies flexibility, strength and balance. It stimulates the vital processes, helping the body to release toxins, clean and rejuvenate itself.
  • breath: it leads to breath awareness, the breath effortlessly emerges in the postures.
  • mind: it strengthens the nervous system, and balances our emotional and mental status.
