Hatha yoga offers strategies for improving the relationship we have with our body, breath and mind. It focuses on the body postures and works through them at different levels:
- body : it fortifies flexibility, strength and balance. It stimulates the vital processes, helping the body to release toxins, clean and rejuvenate itself.
- breath: it leads to breath awareness, the breath effortlessly emerges in the postures.
- mind: it strengthens the nervous system, and balances our emotional and mental status.
